Very disappointing hotel.
Rooms:
The rooms are tiny and very dated. The bathroom is also cramped and small. We only had one plug in the room which had limited voltage. We ended up having to unplug the mini bar which was fine because it was empty anyway.
The balcony was also small and ours was outside of a children's playground, which isn't exactly relaxing.
The rooms are very loud.
Food:
The food was bland and not very varied.
There were no labels to tell you what the food actually is, this is not very helpful when you dont eat meat.
Facilities:
The pool is very nice and the beach is right there. The beach did look quite tatty though with some rubbish. The bar was reasonable. There were other facilities but because it is end of season alot of these were closed up which is fair enough. We also didn't go into the spa so we cant review that.
Location:
There are lots of club sand bars which are very loud. But if that's why you are in Turkey you will love it.The noise in the is very loud from 11am to 4am
There are plenty of restaurants nearby though most look to try and cater to English traditional food, where as we would have preferred traditional turkish food.
Gumbet is only a 10/15mins taxi ride from.Bodrum centre, with plenty of taxi ranks around.

Carl, hotel is located in the middle of Gumbet by the beach. it's ideal for people that want to party as you can't avoid the loud music that goes thru till 2am mid week and 4 am from Thursday night.
Beautiful hotel and landscape, clean rooms AND superb staff, perfect location in gumbet, its very very close to all no. one clubs, bars, taxi station and everything. its on the clean gorgeous beach of gumbet, it was a lovely experience that we will never forget. I've been a lot of places in the world with top chain hotels and for me its the idol hotel in bodrum gambit.
the only thing i have against it is that the food should meet the beauty of the place as its average in quality and varieties. there is a resturant next to it on the beach called soho steak house with lovely food on the beach tables, drinks and hookah with amazing interior sofas viewing the beach. you should visit this amazing deferent place.
if you went to gumbet you will regret big time not considering this hotel as you will miss a lot.
