Air conditioning did not work, so we had to leave our patio door open at night to keep room below 25degrees Celsius. As a result, very noisy. Bed had a huge sag in the middle and bedding is worn and rough. Rooms need major updates.

As everything was excellent, yet they are limited in dining and dont provide Iron at all. You need to remove Iron facilities from the amenities you've stated in your website.

The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The airline had lost our luggage after our flight and the hotel reception was super helpful in ensuring they assisted and followed up. Overall it was a pleasant experience with a fun and friendly atmosphere.

Absolutely not a 5 stars hotel at best this can be 3.5-4 stars it’s I think 16 years old everything is old omg .. we booked a foot massage at the spa their spa is a joke definitely not 5 stars level I’ll just mention two good things we the rest doesn’t meet 5 stars requirements Food buffet is good It’s close to the town a walking distance The rest is all negative

The resort has a nice layout and decent facilities. Staff is very friendly throughout. From the reception to the restaurants and other facilities. Only complaint is the air conditioning in the room. Room gets steamy and hot in the middle of the night and there is not sufficient cool air circulation.

Very good stay overall
Very good stay overall. Disappointed the all inclusive process was not explained on check in as cost us an a la carte meal as no reservation was made on the first day. Buffet decent. Midnight snacks were not appealing. Pool and beach is fantastic. Water slide hours reduced for coronavirus.

This hotel is NEVER a 5 star. Service is almost non existent. Queueing at all bars . No waiter service. Staff unhelpful to the point of being rude. Food was the worst I have experienced in many years. The best thing about La Blanche? Leaving it!!

Location is excellent, I really enjoyed the view. One think to note is that this is All In resort and food is awesome you will never feel hungry.. breakfast , lunch brunch and dinner super good.

The setting and layout of the hotel was excellent. The property itself was in very good condition and a high degree of cleanliness was maintained. There was a great selection of food in the restaurant albeit I was disappointed that during my week stay there was never any sausages or bacon traditional to the UK available at breakfast This despite the hotel being popular amongst UK citizens. The alcohol was typical of an all inclusive hotel, branded soft drinks and an unlimited supply of refrigerated bottled water was available 24/7. Leisure facilities were very good. A friendly and lively entertainment team did a great job keeping the guests busy, morning until late evening. The pool and number of sunbeds coped well with demand and the private beach and facilities there were fantastic. The rooms my party occupied were classified as having a city view. They were spacious and had a small balcony with two chairs looking onto neighbouring hotels and private dwellings.There was a walk in shower but no bath. This suited my party but worth checking when booking depending on your preference. The free mini bar was limited but welcome. There was a free electronic safe and multi channel TV. The room was very clean and was subject to a daily housekeeping service. Staff were friendly and conscientious.

A paradise on earth
Really loved my stay at La Blanche. The treatment is like medicine to my mind. The food variety was great and I really loved the breakfast smoothies. The hotel was spotless clean, the staff was very friendly and the hotel is just a treat for the eyes. I felt so relaxed staying there.

Not worth the time nor money
Three Rooms are smelly and cleaning is not five star standard. Food is normal not tasty although it’s not the same everyday. Staff are friendly and very helpful even though launguge is a major problem. They have a lot of activities in the day like darts, ping pong and water polo. Beds are not comfortable especially the pillows. U can never find a subbed unless u reserve one by 8am. Time to eat is very short max 2 hours each meal. They have one main restaurant and two snack bars that offer snacks all day but the food is not tasty at all. I wouldn’t vist the property even if it was for free. It’s far from everything, closest active area is 25 minutes by taxi.

Good food and service, poor internet..
The internet speed is very limited, if you are trying to get any type of work done forget about the internet. I was not even able to get 1Mbit download or upload, around 0.1 Mbit and gets disconnected often. Also the the in house excursion service promised us local pickup but ended up sending us to the town nearby for the excursion. We had to walk all the way from the town back to the hotel. Overall great service and good food in the apart restaurants, buffet is ok but not stellar. Fish restaurant is superb!

A real gem
This was my most amazing vacation ever. The staff of La Blanche were extremely friendly and helpful especially Jasmine from Front Desk as well as all the ladies from Customer Relations. The choices of foods were enormous and for a health concious person like myself, there were plenty of choices The best part was the hairsalon. It is very difficult to come across such a talented hair stylists real value to the hotel. The room was big and bright and there was no annoying disco music at night. Will definitely come again.

Sooooo close to 5 star but still great
The hotel is overall a great hotel for the price but no way could it be described as 5 star. However, the things that are missing and would make it a real 5 star are minor and not too much of a problem. The family rooms are big and can be seperated into 2 rooms with independent air-condition which is great although the first rooms we were given, the air-conditioning didn't work. The minibar is included in the all inclusive package but had litterally nothing in it. Always just 2 soft drinks and a bottle of water. The tv had a range of basic channels for all languages. The bathroom was clean spacious and well stocked with soaps etc. The pool is huge. Not heated and was quite cold when we went end of may. Its very clean. Plenty of chairs with no issue finding space. The indoor pool was not heated although it was supposed to be and was colder than the outdoor pool. The beach was lovely and clean with real white sand. Loads of watersports available at the cheapest prices ive ever seen anywhere. About 25 sterling for a paraglide or jet ski. The food is where this hotel excells. Excellent and continuos throughout the day. The restaurants some of which are included in the all inclusive are fantastic and super delicious. The buffet was fairly similar every day but there were enough changes daily to keep it interesting. I will say there was definitely a difference though if you didnt go early. The food wasn't replenished very well once it had gone. Overall we had a great holiday

Family room terrible! Beach, pool and food great.
Ended up with a land view famil room which faced 2 grocer shops, not even a landscaped land view. For a family of four, 3 bath towels not enough. Asked twice for extra towels and didn't arrive. Food, beach, pool was great, family room was terrible! Would not stay again without having assurances that room was sea or pool view!

Fantastisk miljö, stora rum, mysigt med balkong mot poolen, fin pool, god mat, god atmosfär, det kändes lyxigt med de olika restaurangerna - Personal behöver jobba med attityder gentemot gästerna, man SKA känna sig som nummer 1, vilket jag inte gjorde alltid Städning av rummen var inte ok, jag hade spillt dryck på bordet på balkongen och tänkte att ”det torkar städerskan bort men det gjorde hon inte, smutsiga fötter efter att gått på golvet, tomma schampoo och duschflaskor kvar i duschen efter städning, ingen påfyllning av vattenflaskor.

The reception gave me wrong information that costed me on full day of waste driving around to different police stations. This on a two day stay at the hotel. When I informed the reception about this they asked if I wanted a late checkout which is not a satisfying reply. Also forgot a bag in my room that was never returned/found. Called several times and took almost a week to get answer. So unfortunately not a memorable experience.

Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation le seul Endemol c’est le Wifi qui fonctionne que dans les chambres et encore Sinon au niveau de propreté,installation,Restauration,Bar et personnel aucune reproche J’ai passé des bonnes vacances en famille et les enfants étaient aux anges.

Ce n est pas un hôtel à la hauteur d un cinq étoiles malheureusement. Pas de place sur les chaises longues autour de la piscine et mer. Pour en trouver il faut je crois demander au personnel et le payer peut-être…La cuisine n était pas fraîche et n avait aucun goût…peu de choix pour le petit déjeuner…personnel pas qualifié pour le service…hôtel médiocre…
