The overall experience has been very good. The room was fairly small compared to hotels in North America but I guess that is understandable given real estate value in Switzerland. However, I would definitely recommend the hotel.

"The room was pretty dated and the floors weren’t very clean (had some sort of grit on them). The rooms I saw online were not what we got. The Seehotel restaurant was good and lots of walkable lakefront, park and restaurants nearby."

"The location was bit away from the town, you may need a car or take public transportation. However the hotel was great. Nice design and more tv program options for English speakers than other hotels. The laundry facility was also nice. It was easy to follow by scanning a QR code & pay by card."

"You have to pay for parking daily about €16 per day so there’s no free parking even if you’re paying hundreds for the room. The housekeeping service was poor, and we constantly had to request it. They don’t clean daily, and they will skip your room if you don’t ask. There’s also no gym or free breakfast, ..."
