A dedicated bunk room with two bunk beds sleeps up to four children. Please note that the top bunks are suitable for children only. Positioned close to the master and queen bedrooms, this room creates an ideal children’s retreat. A generous sitting area connecting the bedrooms completes this thoughtfully designed level.
The third floor is a fantastic space for teenagers and children, featuring a games room with a pool table and television, plus two additional bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The third floor does not include bathroom facilities, with the nearest bathroom located on the level below. Guests staying in either of the top-floor bedrooms must use the stairs and travel downstairs to access the shower and full bathroom facilities.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.
NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
