Pros: Staff is very kind and accommodating! The swimming pool is very nice and heated and the jacuzzi is nice too. Lake is pretty. Cons: Continental breakfast is literally just fruit, hard boiled eggs, tea/coffee, and some not very good pastries. Disappointed with the breakfast. Also the fitted bed sheet kept coming off the bed after we untucked the main blankets because it’s so thin (I can’t sleep with the big blankets tucked in). The hand soap bar in the bathroom is not good it leaves a waxy feeling on your hands and then the shampoo/conditioner/body wash they provide in the showers is literally just tiny travel size tubes. I only stayed here one night so it was fine and the price is cheap, but I wouldn’t recommend for a multi night stay.

We recently stayed at Hyatt Vacation Club at Desert Oasis from May 30 to May 31 and ended up extending our stay for an extra night because we were enjoying ourselves and wanted more time to relax by the pool. We booked two villas, and the check-in process was smooth. Since we arrived early, the staff was kind enough to let us check into one of the rooms while the second villa was still being prepared. The villa was spacious and nicely laid out, with a kitchen, balcony, and a large round dining table that was perfect for our family. The only downside was that I found a cockroach near the toilet when I first checked the bathroom. That was definitely disappointing and something I didn't expect. Aside from that, we had a great stay. The resort has two pools, a jacuzzi, and an activity room with a billiards table and table tennis. They also offer activities for both kids and adults for an additional fee, which was nice to see. As a bonus, we received a free extra night after attending their vacation ownership/timeshare presentation. While we ultimately decided not to purchase, the presentation was informative, and we appreciated receiving the complimentary stay. Overall, despite the issue we encountered in the bathroom, we enjoyed our stay. The amenities, spacious villas, and friendly staff made for a pleasant and relaxing getaway.

Neighborhood gem. Cant wait to return again soon. Although I hope next time not so many noisy kids in the pool. lol.

Clean rooms, great staff, and they have the deposit back the same day !
