Welcome to the quiet side of Wilson Village. Stylish and contemporary meets quaint Southern charm in this newly-remodeled cottage, nestled in the core of Wilson Village. As you enter through the classic front porch, you are met with a bright and airy living area, decorated with neutral hues, that immediately make you feel welcomed and relaxed. The fully-stocked, modern bright white kitchen includes an oversized island and bar stools, creating the perfect space for entertaining, or preparing a large family breakfast together (don't forget the grits!). Just down the hall from the living area you find twin first-floor master bedrooms directly facing each other, both equipped with en-suite full baths. They are cozy and comfortable, both decorate in cool tones, and featuring dramatic Lowcountry art. Up the stairs is another king-size bedroom, plus 2 sets of bunk beds, making this a perfect family-friendly escape. The upstairs also features a full bath with a stunning clawfoot soaking tub, and separate shower. The private back screen porch is complete with a comfortable dining table and chairs, great for relaxing with a cocktail at the end of an active day of biking and kayaking at Palmetto Bluff. Just a short stroll down the quiet neighborhood streets, and you are in the heart of Wilson Village, taking in the breathtaking views of the May River. Wilson Village offers everything you need for a fantastic getaway, including Buffalos Restaurant, the gorgeous waterfront chapel, a myriad of water excursion options, and much more! Don't forget to end your days at the River House firepits, where you will enjoy a yummy s'more and quality conversations with other members and guests. This home is also located a short 5-minute golf cart ride from the world-class Montage Inn, Spa, and Octagon restaurant. It is updated with upgraded appliances and very clean. It is equidistant from the Inn and the Canoe Club. It is situated in a very convenient location for Wilson Village. Everything worked perfectly. The porches were where we spend most of our time while at the house. We didn't cook so I can't comment on the grill or Viking range. But I am sure thay they were operational. WiFi access was great for my 2 teenagers and my 10 year old. Maybe not a positive - depending on what you are looking for. But a fantastic home in Wilson Village - which is where you want to be if you are staying at Palmetto Bluff. We have visited PB multiple times and this home was a good a location as we have stayed in. I will say that it seems that PB is having a transition. The residential members have created a rift between PB and the Montage Resort - could be the other way around I guess. It was a definitely different feel which is unfortunate for those of us who just come to vacation. Still had a great trip, however. I do feel like this issue is likely a covid issue and could likely rebound when things finally are back to normal. Do not hesitate to reserve this property for a perfect stay in Wilson Village at Palmetto Bluff. I will also say the concierge service that this owner is using is amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed from dinner reservations, fishing guide recommendations, and even babysitting recommendations. You won't be disappointed. ##### Will C.
