Property management arrived within 30 minutes, had to call the owners to figure out the AC directions to get the accommodations cooled down (after another 30 minutes) on a warm night that caused us to miss our dinner plans. The place was clean and comfortable but the stairs and a 10 am checkout (management wouldn’t budge when we asked for a later checkout) are the reasons that I will not rent this place again. ##### Jane L.
