Prepare yourself for an experience of true Southern Grace. This enchanting cottage, nestled in the heart of Moreland village, simply exudes the charm and natural elements of our beloved Palmetto Bluff.
The first thing that strikes you as you enter the front door is the distinct details, and personal touches sprinkled throughout the home: the brick fireplace in the living area, shiplap walls, vaulted ceilings, pops
of color, and coastal décor that celebrates the essence of the Lowcountry throughout. The cottage is polished and perfectly laid out; roomy enough to stretch out with a group or family, but quaint enough
to cozy up for quality time together.
The home features three comfortable bedrooms, on two levels. The downstairs master bedroom is bright and airy, with plenty of natural light, and a classic clawfoot soaking tub to melt your troubles
away in marshland sea salt. Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs, showcasing king and queen beds, and en-suite bathrooms.
Enjoy seamless indoor/outdoor living by starting your mornings on the front porch rocking chairs with a cup of Charleston coffee in hand; and ending your days enjoying fresh local oysters around the screen
porch dining table, overlooking the private courtyard. The kitchen is designed with a pass-through picture window to the outside, and a grill right outside the door, making it the ideal space for entertaining and hosting BBQs with friends.
In Moreland, you will find the peace and tranquility your soul has been yearning for. Grab a picnic lunch from the Canteen, and you are mere steps away from Moreland Landing, where you can fish off the
dock, lounge in the riverside hammocks, or roast a few oysters on the firepits. Enjoy marshland views as you relax poolside, and close out your evenings with dinner at Cole's restaurant, and a quick game of
bowling before you turn in for the evening. You can't leave without climbing to the perch on the famous 5-story treehouse, where you will take in the most stunning view of the marsh you will find in all 20,000 acres of Palmetto Bluff.
From your front steps, you will be just a quick golf cart ride away from all of the world-class amenities that Palmetto Bluff has to offer, including the Montage hotel, 4 full-service restaurants, the Canoe Club
swimming pool & fitness center, water excursion and kayak rentals, Wilson Lawn and Racquet Club, the May River Signature Jack Nicklaus Golf Course, and more! Enjoy your leisurely golf cart ride into town
through the shade of the Live Oak trees, as you soak in the natural beauty of the Lowcountry. For the excitement-seekers, dare to get wonderfully lost as you take your bikes off-road through the many trails

POOL & FITNESS ACCESS NOW AVAILABLE - As of June 16th, 2023 guests have optional access to the Canoe Club Family Pool and Fitness Center and the Moreland Pool and Fitness Center at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.) Black out dates - July 4th week, Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend.
