Had a wasp nest on the back side and within 10 minutes, it was handled. There were only a few people staying while we were there so the grounds were very quiet and peaceful. Walked our dog on all the trails which were well maintained. The interior is cozy and has everything you need. The heat kept up perfectly in -20 degree weather which was a huge plus. One thing to keep in mind is that there are other structures nearby on the property, but we were able to keep to ourselves and enjoy the peace an quiet. Self check-in via lockbox was a plus. The helpers of the property are, as well. The trails are just as beautiful as the photos.Negative: Bathroom fan doesn't work. The bathtub is very tall, so be careful getting in and out. Wifi signal and cell reception were very spotty. While watching movies on our rainy day in, the reception kept stopping the connection.The putdoor patio furniture was not the cleanest. It hadn't been taken inside for rainy days.Patio deck boards aren't the safest and sink in when you walk in certain parts. When locking and unlocking the front door after the putting the code in, you have to push your body against the door so that the lock will move. We had trouble with this but eventually got the hang of it.Besides that, we had an amazing time!!!!!
