Our first room was near the elevator and was noisy. I asked for a different room and was immediately given a room down the hall that was perfect. Wonderful staff was happy to accommodate us.

When I book a hotel I base my choice on star rating, breakfast and hot tub. The hot tub was out of service the entire stay so I was disappointed. Staff were friendly and helpful.
