The cabin is not in a totally private setting. The location is called “Aska Adventure Area”, and is popular for hiking, biking, kayaking, tubing, fishing, & exploring..... especially in Summer. 2.) The cabin sits directly on the river, so caution is advised for children & animals. 3.) The river runs parallel to Aska Rd., so vehicles driving down Aska can be seen & heard, however it’s usually only busy on the weekends. 4.) There are stairs leading to the front door, but once inside... the master bedroom is on the main floor. 5.) There is no fenced in area for animals, however the deck can easily be blocked on both sides with baby gates (not provided) 6.) There is adequate parking for 5 vehicles. 7.) When bringing a pet, please select “PETS” when booking. We are dog lovers, so if your 4 legged friends are well mannered... they are most certainly welcome to vacation with you! Your pet fee will be $80 flat, however you MUST notify your host of breed, age, and demeanor of your pets when booking the cabin. Please assist the cleaning crew by cleaning up after your pets…. Especially outside where people walk. 😁 (Pet Limit: 2 dogs) Please do not allow dogs on the furniture or in hot tub. 8.) There are so many things to that are just a short drive from the cabin. We went rafting, mining, on the scenic train ride, and hiked to a beautiful waterfall. It was a wonderful experience. It had everything we needed — fully stocked kitchen, cozy living spaces, and beautiful views. The cabin was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped for families.
