This lovely jewel box of a condo is located in the heart of downtown Blue Ridge, next to the Hampton Inn, mixing modern mountain luxury with historic old town charm. Galleries, festivals, parks, churches, shops, supermarkets and entertainment venues are within easy walking distance, as are Masseria's Pizza and Canterbury's. Or take the elevator down to Mona Lisa's Dessert House, located on the building's first floor. Want to venture a bit further? Many nearby activities including hiking trails, horseback riding, tubing, white-water rafting, zip-lining, and mini-golf. It's 3.2 miles to Lake Blue Ridge, where you can rent a pontoon boat or kayak, 2.4 miles to Mercier Orchards, a half hour or less to four spectacular golf courses, and 10 miles to the towns of McCaysville, GA and Copperhill, TN. Great furnishings and awesome sleep number king bed. Just beware that you are in a downtown, 2nd floor condo, trash trucks at 5:30, party goers late night and heavy footed neighbor upstairs. I would caution that due to the low level (2nd floor) of the condo the exterior noise was pretty bothersome (maintenance trucks going up and down the main street in the wee early morning hours) and an unfortunate issue was that we could hear every step of the family above us. I don't know if they were also renters that weighed 500 pounds or if they were just heavy steppers, but it was on the ridiculous side, as if they were trying to make a lot of noise.
