The main level living room opens up with a soaring stacked stone gas fireplace and a folding glass wall that peels back to reveal the Toccoa River below. Downstairs, the rec room is built for entertaining with a second gas fireplace, a large sectional, a big screen TV, a foosball table, board games, and a fully equipped wet bar with a wine fridge and popcorn maker. Whether the group wants a quiet movie night or a lively game night, both spaces deliver.

Cook, Dine, and Gather
The open-concept kitchen is stocked and ready for everything from quick breakfasts to full group dinners. It features a gas range, double-door refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, and all the cookware and dishware your group needs.
