The Aska adventure area offers miles of hiking, mountain biking, tubing, and kayaking. The beautiful water and scenery of Lake Blue Ridge and the marina are only a few miles away. The charming downtown Blue Ridge restaurants and shops (as well as several grocery store options) are an easy drive through beautiful mountain views on paved Aska Rd. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Cozy campfire, comfy beds for great sleep. Nice hot showers and a beautiful kitchen to cook meals. Just enough out of town and close to the campground to go tubing. Has all the amenities you really need. Kitchen utensils should’ve had more metal cookware spatulas to make grilling outside easier. Porch was by far the best part of this home. The outdoor living space was our favorite. The use of the kayaks was phenomenal! My big kids had the time of their lives! Something for all ages to enjoy. The house was close to town. We enjoyed The Cuban Cafe and several trips to Mercier Orchard for apples and baked goods.
