Peaceful and relaxing. The house is beautiful and the location is great. Only 12 minutes to downtown Blue ridge. I really liked that the drive to the cabin was easy. We’ve been coming to Blue Ridge for several years and this was by far our favorite cabin. It is stunning, but still has a cabin feel. The location was perfect. There was plenty of space for our family of 5\. The communication and promptness of the property management was fantastic. We can’t wait to visit again! ##### Haley B. We have nothing bad to say. Everything exceeded our expectations. We have been renting cabins in blue ridge for the past three years and this one will be the one we rent every year. The river provided wonderful views for our family as we were able to spend some quality time together. The close proximity to Blue Ridge was just another added bonus for our trip. Our family enjoyed sitting out one chilly night at the fire pit and another night watching football on the patio with the fireplace. The views of the river from every room and on the dock was very relaxing. The house was tastefully decorated ( even decorated with Christmas tree) with every amenity you would need. Road leading to River Mist is paved, but at the very end it’s a little narrow, but manageable. ##### Sheryle B. We appreciated the cleanliness of the home as well as the detailed check-in instructions (for example, use Google Maps rather than Waze). As noted in the instructions, we had no cell service (T-Mobile) but the home Wi-Fi worked great. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen seemed very well stocked. Access for fishing and tubing was great! This was our 3rd trip to Blue Ridge, and we all agreed that this was our favorite house. Close proximity to town for shopping and the train to McCaysville, as well our other activities. Reallly enjoyed the hot tub after tubing in the cold river.
