The location is perfect, we walked to everything that afternoon, played pinball games at the pinball place and brought a pizza back to the house that night. The next day we walked to get coffee in the morning and then moved the car to a free parking spot across the street to shop and find lunch. My wife and I love going to Blue Ridge, but usually stay in a mountain cabin. We decided to stay downtown for this trip since we love the restaurants and shopping. We are so glad that we did. This house is right in the center of town and is literally within a 2 minute walking distance to all the shops. It was so nice not having to worry about finding a parking spot or who was going to drive back to the cabin at night. The house is an older home, but is well maintained. The furniture was nice and the beds were comfortable. Mattress was firm and didn’t feel cheap. House was very clean (but fixtures could use a dusting). We didn’t cook at all, but the kitchen seemed well stocked with everything you would need. Overall, my wife and I loved our stay and will likely come back to this property for future weekend getaways! ##### Zach H.
