The elegant dining table for eight ensures that family and friends can gather for memorable meals, while a half bath adds convenience. The king bedroom suite on this level offers a private sanctuary with a 55” TV, dresser, closet, and a lavish bathroom featuring a tile shower and double sinks.  
  
Venture to the upper level and discover the primary king suite, a serene oasis with a workstation overlooking the mountains, a cozy chair, dresser, couch, and a 55” TV. Indulge in the luxury of a large soaking tub, tile shower, and walk-in closet, all enhanced by a sliding privacy barn door. The mountain views from this level are simply spectacular, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation and inspiration. The lower level of Lookout Lodge is designed for entertainment and comfort, featuring a den with sectional seating, a gas fireplace, and a 65” TV. Enjoy friendly competition at the shuffleboard table or mix up cocktails at the custom wet bar equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and cocktail set. This level also includes a built-in twin bunk bed with a sliding barn door, a queen bedroom with a vaulted ceiling, and a twin bunk bedroom with two sets of twin beds, ensuring ample space for everyone. A shared bathroom with double sinks, a tile shower, and a laundry room add to the convenience.  
  
Step outside to the entry-level deck and be greeted by a covered wood-burning fireplace seating area, a gas grill, and four rocker chairs, ideal for enjoying the crisp mountain air. The lower-level deck offers a covered hot tub, two hanging egg basket chairs, a bed swing, and two additional rocker chairs, creating a haven for relaxation.
