The gorgeous chef's kitchen enjoys an open layout, beautiful wooden cabinets, and modern, stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. This deck boasts plenty of seating options, tree-lined mountain views, a gas grill, and an inviting seating area in front of a majestic wood-burning fireplace. A laundry area inside a full bathroom can be found on this level as well. The lower level boasts an entertaining game room where you can spend endless hours creating everlasting memories with your loved ones. There is a rec area with comfy seating, a gas fireplace, TV, wet bar with a wine fridge, foosball table, and a shuffleboard table. When it comes to outdoor living this level also has a wrap-around deck with seating and tree-lined mountain views, a covered patio with an outdoor dining area, and a firepit area. Your vacation home also features a deep dual-temperature swim spa containing two different bodies of water capable of being at different temperatures. Swim, jog, walk, or exercise in the uninhibited swim area. For something more mellow, go for a soothing soak in the hot tub on the other side, with the temperature capable of reaching 102 degrees Fahrenheit. Sleeping arrangements include a bunk bedroom on the lower level, a main bedroom on the main level featuring its own seating area, TV, walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom, and two additional bedrooms on the third level. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. An Emporia Electric Vehicle Charging Station for any electric vehicle charges 40 amps is available for guests. Views were AMAZING. The home was clean and stocked very well. Newer kitchenware was wonderful. LOVED the blackout curtains. Appreciated seeing the toiletries in the bathroom although they were not needed since we brought our own it was a very nice touch. Everyone enjoyed the pool spa. Kids loved the bunk bed configuration on their own bottom level. One thing to note is it’s not close to any grocery stores so grab what you need before arriving. Not a single issue in the home. We stayed a total of 4 days in this home, but unfortunately on our second day there we were met with the local well water staff informing us that because the vacation homes in the area had been booked more than usual during this time, the water well was dry. The water maintenance staff mentioned that a lot of times, the well is run dry due to the home owner having the cleaning staff empty and refill the spa/hot tub after every single use by a patron and the water well can’t replenish in time for the next guest. Our water was shut off and we were without water for approximately 15 hours. We couldn’t shower, wash clothes or most importantly use the toilets!!! We were a group of 10 so you can imagine how inconvenient that was. I called the Vacasa 24 hour line immediately after being told our water was going to shut off and did not hear back from anyone. The following morning, I reached out via text to Vacasa and within an hour, Vacasa got back with me. They informed me they were sorry to hear that we were having an issue and would be giving us a $75 refund for our inconvenience. While they did offer us a “courtesy refund” as they called it, it hardly seemed to be enough for the massive inconvenience of not having running water for 15 hours!!! It seems if the staff is aware of these issues with the wells, they might come up with other options that don’t include having the water to be shut off while guests are at the home and then basically making it out to seem like it’s the guests fault when in fact that wasn’t the case at all! Although, we loved the home, we wouldn’t return to this location now knowing they have these kinds of issues with their water. Unfortunately, there is no way to contact the owner of the home directly, and Vacasa seemed to be completely unbothered by the fact their guests were inconvenienced by such a drastic issue. ##### Tara E. ---
