Watch the sunrise over the mountains in a rocking chair on the porch. Visit the nearby orchards, wineries, and breweries. Browse the shops and restaurants in Blue Ridge (12 minutes away) or Ellijay (15 minutes away). Hike the trails around the forests, streams, and lakes that are literally steps away from the front door. Cap off the day with a BBQ on the deck and take a soak in the hot tub or make s’mores at the firepit. Our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom cabin sits on 2.2 acres of land on the side of Cherry Log Mountain. It has one of the best views on the mountain and is a traditional log cabin with wood from floor to ceiling in each room. We frequently see wildlife from the porch or front door in the morning or evening. While you will hear the tranquil sounds of nature all day and night, you may also hear some passing traffic from time to time. There is ample parking in front of the cabin. You will have access to the entire home and property during your stay. There is a corn hole set for your use stored in the small porch area located next to the hot tub. Below the main level, there is a third bedroom/game room with a Pac-Man arcade machine. This room is a private space accessed only from doors on the outside of the cabin. If you need it, we have have high speed wifi internet throughout the property and plenty of tv watching and movie options in the main living room. A Nintendo with over 30 games is also available to play. Neither bedroom upstairs has a tv. The third bedroom isn't accessible from inside the main cabin area (living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and bathrooms) but that wasn't a problem at all for us! Kind of inconvenient to have to get ready and go outside in front of close neighbors just to make morning coffee! The cabin is well equipped with everything we needed to make our thanksgiving feast. Great space for a family of four. The location was perfect. Easy drive into Blue Ridge. We especially enjoyed the extra amenities the cabin has to offer. The hot tub was nice to relax in after a long day of hiking. The fire pit area was fantastic! Plenty of seating to gather around the fire. Both nice and private spaces to enjoy with your family or friends. The cabin was nice and clean. Good sized bathrooms with nice showers. The beds were super comfortable. Enjoyed the ease of turning on the gas fireplace each night. What more could you ask for? It was a great trip! Would love to stay here again. 😊 ##### Jenny L. Our hosts were very attentive and may sure everything was very easy for us. The cabin was exactly what was listed and spotless. It contained everything that we would ever need for our stay. Absolutely beautiful area and lots to do.
