That's right, when you stay at Reeves Roost you'll also agree. Dense woods provide privacy and an intimate setting for your complete satisfaction! Quaintly located on the Toccoa River in the center of the Aska Recreation Area, with beautiful scenic views, you can enjoy everything the river has to offer: swimming, fishing, and our favorite, tubing from right in front of the cabin. Along the river and at the base of our cabin lies a green field decorated by colorful wild flowers a fire pit ,hammock, dinning table and swing. At night, fire flies and stars light up the sky. Sorry, pets are NOT allowed. Relax in one of the many swings, rocking chairs, or hammocks on the porch, which is nestled high amongst tall pine trees. Plenty of trails are located in the bordering Chattahoochee National Forest, including the Appalachian Trail. Other activities nearby include horseback riding,zip lining, multiple golf courses, whitewater rafting, trout fish hatchery, water falls, and antique shopping. Nearby towns are Blairsville, Blue Ridge, Dahlonega, Elijay, Helen, and Dillard. We would love for you to come and enjoy our cabin as we have for so many years. The cabin was charming. The girls loved the upstairs loft sleeping area, and eating breakfast out in the back porch was beautiful. They called it our cozy cabin. I agree with the other reviews that this is a cabin meant for quality family time and reconnecting with each other. Enjoy the sounds of nature, the beautiful river, and family! ##### Megan B. We had a wonderful time the cabin was perfect very clean and such a peaceful quiet relaxing location. The owners gave us ideas of places to eat and they were all great! We really hope to make this our new get away place. From fishing the river to sitting on the porch it was perfect. We even played Ping Ping and darts which we haven’t done in years! Beautiful property and home. Very relaxing and quiet, peaceful place. It’s a nice getaway, but bring provisions. It’s a bit of a ride to town if you’re not used to mountain roads. Not to far to attempt and beautiful countryside but it can make you queasy if you’re not used to it. House was fully equipped and ready, just know that phone reception is horrible and until you get on Wi-Fi don’t expect to use data to find information when you get there. ##### Joshua N.
