"The most beautiful helpful, kind staff who made you feel so at home and welcome. Any problem was quickly solved, any information requested thoroughly answered such as food, shops etc etc. The dive centre is brilliant too. I loved the structure of two dives per day out on location with rest in a local beach restaurant to chill and recover. Ebrahim was our guide, friendly, professional and amazing at spotting things in the water. Amir in the restaurant is kind and accommodating and I have happily eaten my way through the delicious vegetarian menu. The hotel is so chilled much more my scene than the busy street to eat and I have been able to chill with the warm wind reading my book. A very happy stay and I will be back. There was only one room left when I booked so next time I'll get an air con room for more comfort but honestly the fans were fine. The property is old and in need of a bit of TLC in areas but I dont mind that when everything else especially the top view from the seating are is ao lovely"

"This was my first visit to Dahab, and Neptune Hotel provided a very positive experience, combining simplicity, convenience, and excellent value for money. The reception staff were welcoming, respectful, and cooperative, creating an excellent first impression. My room was comfortable, well organized, and very clean, with clear attention to detail. I also did not see any insects during my stay, which was especially important to me. Breakfast offered plenty of variety and generous portions. Enjoying it on the terrace, with views of the sea and Dahab’s peaceful morning atmosphere, was one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel’s location is one of its greatest advantages. It is situated directly on the tourist promenade, with the sea and beach just steps away, while many other places are within walking distance. Overall, Neptune Hotel is a simple, comfortable, and well-located option that offers excellent value for money."
