We enjoyed our stay at Planters very much. Hayley was quite helpful during checkin and whenever we asked. Room 303 had an inop safe and no dead bolt — these ought to be corrected.

This property was amazing. Right on Bay Street, which is adjacent to River Street, this hotel is an easy walk to everything in historic downtown. Staff was great, hotel bar was convenient and the room was amazing. Gym was small, but sufficient. Pics of the room and property were on point! We will 100% be staying here again!

The hotel room and location were great. The facility was clean and had pleasant staff at check-in and valet service. The dining room service was much less impressive. The portions were reasonable for the price though.
