I think the staff was not pleased that we booked through Expedia. When you book through Expedia you are not getting the vacation package. Just the room and the pool. I think that needs to be noted in the Expedia description. You could get a better hotel deal for a lot less money, with a pool, breakfast, and a friendlier staff. My sister, my daughter, my son, my sister’s son and I with families were planning on a vacation around Christmas at this resort hotel, but those plans have changed and we will be staying somewhere else.
