(1,001 reviews) Inexpensive hotel close to Southern Cross station so good location. Large room, comfortable bed and bathroom ok. Air con ok but a fan as well to cool the room and provide air flow which is good. Lift needs an overhaul as hard to get the 7th floor button to work. Also no picture on channel 7& only channel change and volume buttons, no subtitles option on the TV control. Good for the price you pay. (189 reviews) Check-in process was atrocious... notified in advance about my time of arrival and was informed I'd be met at the office. Upon arrival, the office was shut (no one stated this before) and I was told I'd been messaged on What's app. As an international traveller not using data roaming, this didn't come through... Finally made it to the apartment - the internet needed (you guessed) mobile data to view the passcode (?!?) and instructions for aircon were for a different apartment.
