This was the perfect place for my group and our needs. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available. Thank you!

Beautiful property, excellent customer service, perfect location in the center of downtown. The only minor issue is that the elevator was slow, particularly when we have a large number of guests due to a wedding.

Staff upon check in and check out were friendly.
Room was average. Spacious. The bathroom appeared to be new until I saw the tub. The bath tub looked so gross I would not shower in it.
Room equipment made large buzzing sound.
Breakfast on the 24th floor was toast, and bagged boiled eggs. Coffee was weak.
Not worth the price.

We stayed one night after visiting the Sight & Sound Theatre. Having stayed at Eden years ago, I expected to have a nice stay and they didn't disappoint. The property is very nice property, the rooms were clean, and my mother enjoyed her evening meal at the Bistro.
