- the room we stayed in was pretty outdated. the toilet seat, closet and all.
- the food options were not as we expected. the property advertises some other restaurant type options, but those are basically containers that server food. which none of them were open
- the main riverside market buffet was ok. but no real varieties, like there are some snippets of asian food, 2 dishes. i would have expected more food options and varieties
- the childrens pool was closed
- the elevator wasnt working and we had to carry our luggage up to the 2nd floor.
all in all it is a good try to have an all-inclusive hotel in the states, but i think it should offer more.
