"The house is under going multiple improvements. None of which effect staying in the house. There are window units in every room for a/c. The WIFI available is subpar so working remotely was near impossible and even streaming a show on the living room tv proved to be difficult. Towels and bedding were adequate. We did not use the stovetop or microwave/ toaster oven combo but they seemed in operating order. Only having one bathroom can be difficult but something we were prepared for already. Only...

"Second time at this house. House was great, great location. Beautiful just walking down the road. There is a small waterfall a little more then a mile down Cape Horn road. House was fine for 7 people. We had good weather for April and were able to utilize the outdoor fire pit. If you are looking for a good restaurant, Tito Banditos in Pine Hill is a great spot. Solid Mexican food and great Margaritas. Can't wait to return in the fall! "

"Property was double booked through a different platform. Another guest was there when we arrived. Host was completely unresponsive at all stages. Because the property is remote, this caused more than a slight inconvenience in terms of locating other lodging more than an hour away."
