There are two fully equipped kitchens, laundry rooms, living rooms and so much more. Though each unit can be rented separately, it is really perfect for two families traveling together who want to be together most of the time, but have a place to retreat to for privacy. Each floor has its own deck area and there is a private fenced yard with fire pit and garden for outdoor gatherings. The upstairs has three large bedrooms; a master bedroom with King bed and en-suite bathroom as well as two roomy queen bedrooms. The downstairs has two queen bedrooms and a bathroom with walk-in shower. All the bedrooms have remotely operated ceiling fan/lights. Each floor can be accessed separately or together through the main foyer. We provide linens, towels, toiletries, bathrobes, a welcome basket with snacks, and wine, kitchen pantry items and lots of other goodies for our guests. We have two outside security cameras overlooking the garage and driveway area We are minutes from shopping, dining, and are close to public transportation. Only a few minutes drive to the new IU Health Hospital, Indiana University campus, College Mall, and and downtown Bloomington. The chef's kitchen has every pan, utensile, container, plate and stemware needed to host great meals! Each bedroom has thier own set of towels and toiletry items. Plus every room has detailed operating instructions that allow you to fully enjoy your stay. We rented both units and with two full kitchens and extra living spaces, our family was able to spread out comfortably but still under one roof. The patio deck is the perfect extension for serving meals or just relaxing with a cup of coffee. The fire pit was a big hit! And they provided all of wood and equipment!
