Perfect family location for IU Graduation
This is a great location for IU graduation. Minutes south from campus. We had 3 generations of family members at the property. Beautiful sun room is a great place for everyone to hang out and have breakfast to start to day. Easy to drop off anyone who needs a break during the day.

Great space for a BIG family!!
This house was even better than expected!! There was ample space for my entire family to relax and enjoy their stay in town for my daughter's wedding. Everything we needed was right there! Clean, comfortable beds, tables large enough for the whole group and plenty of dishes, silverware and towels! I couldn't be more pleased!!

This house has it all!
Wonderful stay with friends who went to IU together many years ago. The house was well stocked with anything one might need. Lots of areas for sitting and catching up. Nice bedrooms for each of us. It was perfect for our needs.

Perfect for a gathering
The multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms, and large backdoor patio were perfect for our get together. Would definitely recommend if you're traveling to Bloomington with a group. Quick Uber ride to downtown, or you can stay and hang at the house as it has everything you need (pool table, foosball, etc. The whole process with Jonah was super simple as well. Definitely recommended.

Great place. Plenty of room
Second time staying here. Lots of room for our group. Pool table and video games ect gave us lots to do. Big kitchen and large dining room with sun room great for family dinners. We love this place

So much space! Great location!
We had a large group stay at this property. Ranging from a one—year-old up to grandparents. There was so much room with many tables and spaces to hang out. Beds were comfortable and there are lots of them. Easy place to stay for a large family. Well appointed with Toys and games and lots of kitchen stuff I will definitely stay here again

Great Times!
We had a great time renting this property! The property had plenty of room for all 13 of us and had plenty of amenities to use. The communication with the owner was a bit slow and non responsive on the VRBO app but was improved once phone numbers were given. This was the first place I have ever stayed at through VRBO and I’d definitely recommend this place if you have large groups!

Huge house with lots of space and many bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Nice pool table and computer games and plenty to do. Comfortable beds and nice showers. Huge dining room table and nice solarium to sit and relax. One of our favorite places we have stayed

Great Place for Family Reunion!
The house was just as described, and very comfortable and spacious for the 9 of us that stayed here for a family reunion. Very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. We attended an IU game while in town and it was a short drive to campus. Jonah was very responsive whenever I had questions. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again if we return to Bloomington.

Adult Family get away
Jonah is great to work with. The property is dated if cosmetics is a concern for you. We have had a lot of rain so that may be why the grass was in great need of being cut.....BUT the home has a lot of beds for a big group, two kitchens, a table to seat 10 of us around it (Plus another table for bigger group) for eating and game playing. The home had been cleaned and was not dirty but the floorings, walls, furniture, etc were in need of repairs or updating. For our group and our dogs it was a good stay.

In town for a Family Wedding
Check-in was easy - no problems. The location worked well for us. House was not clean, musty smelling, carpets had bad stains, walls were dirty too. The inside of the refrigerator was dirty & contained expired items. Drawers in the kitchen had lots of dried food crumbs. Under the kitchen sink was nasty too. The sunroom windows were filthy, especially the glass ceiling. We swept spider webs from 2 of the bedroom ceilings before going to bed. Hot tub was only half full of nasty smelling water. I emailed the owner & he came by, emptied, cleaned & refilled the hot tub. House could be awesome but needs a thorough deep cleaning & then continued cleaning after each use. Pictures on the website were very deceiving. Unless this house was deep cleaned A LOT - I would not recommend this property.

We where very pleased with the house, we choose to stay at. Students felt very comfortable staying.
I was over all very pleased with the property, and the information for checking in and out. House was clean. There was adequate sleeping rooms.I would stay there again if I had the opportunity. It was also easy to get to and have enough parking area to get the bus off the street.

Very Accommodating!
This house had everything we needed from plenty of beds, towels, kitchen supplies, chairs and entertainment! We loved the spacious house and back deck where all our friends could comfortably gather. The owner was so nice and helped us figure out additional parking that we needed. Would highly recommend staying here!!
