The hotel is dingy, run-down, and you can see all the seams. The carpet is frying in every hallway and in my room, there was a stain on the sheets of my bed when I arrived. The street side (or "City" side) is extremely noisy from cars, ambulances, honking, and construction. That's not their fault, but be aware when booking.
Just kind of a dingy place for the price.
