  • Morning coffees in the screen room watching the sunrise, three bedroom - 4 bed, two bathroom waterfront property with private beach and walk-in access to eastern dunes of the PEI National Park. Enjoy kayaking, hiking, fishing, boating, lazy days on the beach collecting sea glass, suntan, and expansive nature. This property is situated at the dunes of the Prince Edward Island National Park, on the Tracadie Bay, and borders the Blooming Point Nature Reserve. Dozens of different species of birds, wildlife, floral and fauna. Most amazing sunsets behind the sand dunes of Blackbush Island from the backyard patio, or main bedroom balcony.
    The kitchen includes all expected amenities such as coffee maker, blender, microwave, fridge, stove, and dishwasher. Kitchen table big enough for 8. The wrap around screen room includes loungers and exterior dining area.
    The most tranquil setting, amongst Prince Edward Island's most desired areas. Nearby attractions include Glenalandale Disc Golf, the Links of Crowbush Cove, deepsea fishing out of Grand Tracadie Harbour.
    Rental includes kayaks, bicycles, and fire pit.

Had a wonderful stay at this charming waterfront cottage in Blooming Point. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Steve provided excellent communication and was a great host in making sure our needs were met. We unfortunately picked a week with torrential rain and wind so we weren't able to use the fire pit at all or the screen room as much as we would have liked (though we did get a couple of mornings in). Had some great meals at Fin, Folk Food and New Glasgow Lobster Supper (a tradition for us). Also the Seagull bakery/deli had some great grab & go items. Highly recommend this really lovely property and would love to stay again - hopefully with better weather but would enjoy nonetheless.

I would highly recommend this cottage both indoors and outdoors. Very clean, well stocked and tastefully decorated. The host was wonderful. Will return for sure.
