I loved staying in this historic beauty with a speakeasy jazz club beneath it. I enjoy vintage style and this place was simply a delight and adjacent to the Eastman Museum! Great little boutique find!

Room is fine, spacious and clean. Location is right in downtown, but not convenient to walk to any restaurant or grocery. Swimming pool is closed and the fitness room is short of maintenance, no clean towels or wipes. Wallpaper in bathroom is cracked.

I would of given this hotel a 5 star review but there was an ant problem in my room. I must of killed 8+ ants- on the wall, ON THE BEDBOARD and bedroom shower. When I called I was told someone would be right up. 30 minutes later I had to call again because I found another on in the bathroom I could not reached. I asked to move rooms but was told there was no more rooms available.
I would of hoped someone would of called me in the morning or at least an email apologizing for my inconvenience, but all I got was a bill for the resort fee.

The hotel was a great property in a great part of town. Front desk staff were very friendly, they gave me a late check out without any problems.

This was my 2nd time staying here and it was a consistent experience. the hotel itself has some wear and tear, no elevator and no carpeting in the halls or rooms so it can be a little noisy. The breakfast is just ok, the room is also just ok, there hasn’t been hand soap either time in the bathroom. ...
