The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. I had very low expectations for the included breakfast but it was fantastic. Homemade baked goods every morning, breakfast sandwiches, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, different types of breads, cereal. We were always offered a cappuccino. It was great. It's a bit of a walk from the city center but it's very doable and the public transit system is great. I will stay here again the next time I'm in Rome.

"I moved from Haarlem Niu IHG hotel that is a 3 star hotel. The breakfast was similar at the 4 star hotel in Zwolle. The only issue was that an night my ears froze while sleeping. The thermostat doesn't control the room temperature, it's more of decorateve device. It's was 15-16C. I asked to move ..."
