Our room was very warm…a bit too hot for sleeping. We had a corner room, so the sun was a factor. Only cleanliness issues were not a problem of the hotel, but more the remnants of the Karnaval in Aarlborg that was held the day before we arrived.

Ok experience. Lots of stairs to climb with heavy luggage and no help. Also no help if I want to leave luggage at front desk after checkout so make sure flights are am or you are walking around with your luggage until airport

Great location for exploring Rebild Bakker. The facilities were excellent! However, the bedding could do with some improvements - very soft pillows and a strange smell to the sheets that filled the room

I had an excellent stay. Checkin was easy and fast, facilities were great an staff was friendly and helpful. Maybe some room to improve with the breakfast selection but otherwise a great experience.

"Das Haus hat fürchterlich nach Schimmel gestunken, auch nach mehrmaliger Kommunikation mit Novasol wurde dieses Problem nicht ernst genommen und wir wurden mit einer kurzen Nachricht abgewiesen. Unsere gesamte Kleidung, Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc. hat nach einer Nacht im Haus fürchterlich gestunken ..."
