  • This three story house is the perfect home base for your trip to Block Island. With seven bedrooms featuring a mix of queen, full, and twin beds, guests find plenty of space to relax and unwind. Three bathrooms, one on each floor, add to the comfort of your stay. The kitchen and living areas invite you to gather and share stories after a day of exploring. Newly added outdoor living space with comfy seating for 14 with a large propane fire pit. Tucked away from it all you can't even tell you're in town until you follow the long driveway down to Water Street. Set in between The National and The Mohegan Cafe, Payne Cottage is the only residence in town! Whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning or an evening with friends, the serene atmosphere makes it easy to feel right at home. Fall in love with Block Island and enjoy all it has to offer.
