The home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, with real beds throughout—no air mattresses or sofa beds. The layout works especially well for families or multiple households who want space, privacy, and quiet evenings.

• Bunkroom #1 – two twin-over-twin bunks (sleeps 4)

Guests have full access to the main house, bunkhouse, deck, and outdoor spaces. Select storage areas and garages are reserved for owner use and will be locked.
