This resort is certainly not five star. It is just okay. Upon arriving at the resort on check in day, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked/over booked and even with prior months of a reservation in place. I was informed that I could not be put in the room I reserved because they did not have any

Everything in the best conditions 👍 Overall, we had a great vacation. The swimming pools were amazing, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the nightly shows were very entertaining. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The resort is wonderful overall, though the rooms could benefit from a little modernization to match the quality of the rest of the property. With that improvement, the experience would be even better. Despite this, we had a wonderful time and would gladly consider visiting again.
