Hotel management refused to check him and made him stay in the cold weather in his rental car.. what kind of human being are they !!! "we were positively surprised by how good a hotel it is. dinner was cooked over an open fire. our steaks were super good. you could get beer from the neighboring brewery, among other things. the breakfast was fantastic, home-made buns, fresh fruit and other good products... the room and the bathrooms were top... the staff were nice, helpful. all in all a lovely experience. we will come again"

"Absolutely shocking. Arrived at 7.20pm. Check in was between 5-8pm. No sign of anyone. Phoned both phone numbers and messaged via hotel.com - no answer from property. Waited there for an hour. We were extremely tired after leaving the UK at 7am!!! Had to find another hotel at ann extra cost. Eventually arrived around 9pm. Hotel owner phoned me at 10.38pm, waking us up, to ask where we were and apologise! What a joke. A formal complaint has been made to hotel.con who were extremely helpful...
