The unit and fixtures and amenities were all new, and in working order. The unit was warm and cozy. The layout was extra large and cleverly laid out. The roll-In shower was huge, reason enough alone to stay here. The check-in and check-out processes were non-existent, a system I find un-nerving, but entirely efficient. Fully equipped kitchen, large shower, comfortable living room, and good washer and dryer. The sofa pulls out to make a bed. The owners were very hospitable, providing homemade muffins and juices prior to our arrival. Ample towels and linens. Decent tv channel selection. The lighting in the living/dining room is a little dim. Also, be aware that the main bed is only a double and the mattress was softer than we are used to.
