And your best furry friend is also welcome! \*\*Your well behaved dog (no cats please) is welcome in this home! Limit 2 dogs. Additional pet fee/pet applied when you select that option. The home has a lovely large spacious deck with a covered eating area AND with TWO living areas, plus 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it is the perfect getaway for your vacation! Use of our pool included with your reservation. This home is also located very close to #35 Oak. Why not reserve both for your family vacation! Here are some of the outstanding features of this home: New furniture including dining set, sectional couch and reclining leather loveseat and couch. Newer Stainless Steel kitchen appliances. We will text you the code upon arrival The Neighborhood: Our neighborhood is close to the charming village of Graeagle, CA Within easy driving or walking distance, you are close to golf courses, restaurants, shops, hiking and biking trails. Getting Around: There is no public transit in Plumas County. But our town is quite walkable. Public parking is available free of charge. Remember we ask you not to park on the street but in the driveway or numbered parking for your vacation rental home. Other Things to Note: We have a 3 night minimum for holiday reservations. The electronic Rental agreement that we send you must be signed before the door code is given to you.
