Enjoy a relaxing mountain getaway in this bright and comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home on the 4th fairway of Plumas Pines Golf Course. Sit on the deck and enjoy the view of the trees and Feather River beyond! Perfect for a family vacation, a couple's getaway, girls trip, or golf weekend with friends!

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, vaulted ceilings, and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 double beds with a split-style bathroom across the hall featuring a separated sink area and toilet/shower. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The home features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal. It has a dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, and full-sized fridge and freezer. There is a gas grill on the deck with both outdoor and indoor dining options.

WIFI is provided. The living room and primary bedroom has a TV with FireStick so you can log-in to watch any of your streaming apps. If you prefer to unplug, there are also books, puzzles, and games!

There's a wood burning fireplace for cold nights as well as thermostats for temperature control in each room. On warmer summer nights, each room has a ceiling fan and additional floor fans for your use. The house also features a whole-house fan to help cool things down quickly in the evenings. Most homes in the area are not equipped with air conditioners, but the whole-house fan really makes a difference on the warmer days!

The utility room has a washer and dryer for your use. There are also beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler to use for an afternoon out at one of the many local lakes!

Parking is provided for up to 3 cars (1 in garage and 2 in driveway), but more than that can not be accommodated. Street parking, trailers, and RVs are not allowed and guest spaces are not open to renters.

There is something for everyone here! If you love golfing, we're located on the amazing Plumas Pines Golf Course and are short drives away from Nakoma, Whitehawk Ranch, Grizzly Ranch, and Graeagle Meadows.

Plumas County has so many fantastic recreation options you'll never be bored! Head up to the many lakes located in Lakes Basin for swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking, or spend a day hiking or mountain biking. If you prefer fishing, walk down to the Feather River or check out nearby Lake Davis.

We're a short drive from downtown Graeagle where you can spend the day shopping, eating, and enjoying some sun at Mill Pond. There's a gas station and small grocery store in town for essentials, and a larger grocery store in nearby Quincy or Portola. Make sure to check out the many dining options the area has to offer!

If historical outings interest you, then you can visit the Western Pacific Railroad Museum in Portola, the Jamison Mine Complex, or the Plumas-Eureka State Park.

We love our little piece of the Lost Sierra and all of the beauty and fun it has to offer! We're glad to share it with you and hope you will love it just as much!

Nice location for doing hikes in the area. Visited the Iron Door for dinner one night and that was very nice. Area fairly busy with those visiting for what we heard was related to golfers - but that only affected having to make some reservations at the better local restaurants.House was clean, stocked with all items necessary for a nice stay. Stilling on the deck was pleasant.Would recommend others for staying there.

This is my 2nd year my family and I stayed at this amazing home. Elizabeth is just the best she's so great at communicating. The home is perfect. It fit us comfortably. I booked this unit for a annual fishing trip my buddy and I have done for 30 years, as our tent-camping days ended a few years ago. This is the cleanest, most comfortable condo I've ever rented! Perfectly decorated with mountain accents. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom towels were great. The kitchen was very well stocked and there's a great BBQ on the deck. The deck was a great place to relax in the evenings while watching the golfers and wildlife. It was great working with Elizabeth and she quickly answered a question I had prior to check-in. The large (empty) garage was a bonus , as we needed a place to store kayaks and gear each night. Hopefully this condo works for our trip in 2026!

Perfect Little Vacation Home

Wife and I decided to visit Blairsden-Graeagle for a short golf getaway and was lucky to find this small townhome right on the Plumas Pines golf course. The host was wonderful - very friendly, helpful and responsive. The townhome is in great condition, very clean, had all the amenities, and in a convenient location surrounded by beautiful golf courses, delicious food, fun hikes, and amazing views everywhere. We can't wait to come back and will absolutely rent this place again when we do.

This is a wonderful property! All amenities are first rate-best stocked kitchen with everything g you need for meal prep. Knives are sharp, plenty of counter space, great appliances. We had a great time in Graeagle. It was our first time to the area. The golf course was in great shape the weather was great and the house had everything we needed. It was fun to be on the fairway and watch people playing golf. Longboards is open again so that was a very nice treat.

Great little spot - Helpful Host

A fantastic place to stay on hole 4 of Plumas Pines. The house is clean, cozy and SO comfortable. We had a wonderful time and having stayed in multiple homes on the same hole, this was our favorite. Everything you need for a great getaway. The host was friendly and helpful when we had a tiny issue and was happy to help. I hope more people continue to visit one of our favorite places and keep supporting the local businesses and learn about the history of the area.

Mothers Day Weekend

We love Graegle and especially love this little golf community where the condo was located. The property was spotless, comfortable, well appointed and decorated just right! We have a special needs son and the host was responsive with answering a couple safety questions we had about the home. The view from the deck is gorgeous and the location is convenient for all that Graegle offers. We loved our quiet stay for Mother’s Day weekend and we even got to see the Northern Lights! Girls’ Greaegle Getaway

Clean, cozy, comfortable. Stylishly decorated and well appointed. Outside deck parallels the 4th hole, which made for fun interactions with golfers. Train tracks were nearby and active, but the sound was nostalgic not disturbing. Full time residents were friendly and helpful with local hiking knowledge and restaurant recs. Cuccia’s, Bread and Butter (good vegan options), and the Brewing Lair are good choices. Host Elizabeth was available and helpful when an unexpected road maintenance issue arose. Lakes Basin provides endless ops for scenic hikes. Overall would rec this property.

Graeagle is an area we have never explored but an invitation to a wedding at Twenty Mile House had us looking for a place to stay for the event. We came upon this property through VRBO search for 5 and on a Friday and Saturday 2 months in advance. Our host responded almost immediately and helped us navigate our options. The description of the property is spot on and more such as parking spaces for the large vehicles we had. Our host made sure we have the instructions on the day of our arrival and easy to follow. By the time we checked in, my wife looked at me with a smile that I knew I scored big time. The place is extremely clean and fully stocked with things needed in kitchen and bathrooms. We would have enjoyed a round of golf but the course was booked and we did not have enough time. If you are there for a golf outings, hope you have enough time for a Tee. But you enjoyed watching the lucky golfers riding through the beautiful backyard. We definitely recommend this property and working our host. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property.

Great Condo!

This condo is very nice! Well appointed, comfortable, and roomie! The kitchen is very nice and well-stocked with very nice dishware, wine glasses, etc. The beds were very comfortable and nice towels in the bathrooms. We very much enjoyed watching the golfers come by, and the location on Plumas Pines golf course was excellent. Very nice, quiet neighborhood. I have only a few minor suggestions to improve the place: - in the master bathroom, decouple the fan and the light so one doesn’t have to have the fan on any time the light is on (ie the noise is too much and the fan is not really needed if no one is taking a shower). - maybe move the Wi-Fi router to the living room because the Wi-Fi signal to the TV in the living room was spotty. Other than that we loved the condo and would stay there again if ever back in the area!

Greagle for the Win!

Our stay at Cozy Condo on the 4th Fairway of Plumas Pines Golf Course was nothing short of magical. The property itself was great, with views of the golf course and river. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. Elizabeth provided more than we could've ever imagined. The kids were particularly thrilled with playing the provided board games (aggrevation was the favorite). We also put together one of the puzzles; we made it just in time before our departure. We spent our days exploring the beautiful surroundings, walking to the river, and seeing some deer pass right by the terrace. We stood during Thanksgiving week to spend with family, kitchen was great was able to make my mac and cheese to take with me to my family's home. Elizabeth was so responsive and accommodating when I asked if we could come a day early to avoid the bad weather going over the Donner Pass. She gave us some pointers on where to go to play in the snow which we did, my boys had the best time! I definitely would recommend staying at this lovely home we hope to be back soon.
