It had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was a pleasure to sit on the porch and watch the golfers go by. It was extremely hot so not a lot of outside activity. Would highly recommend this property as a family vacation rental. We have been vacationing in Graeagle for over 60 years. A lot has changed. A-lot has remained the same. When we searched for a home in the area we were looking for a four bedroom home. Tyler's home was ideal as each person got their own bedroom and two of the five of us were brothers, so it worked out well that one of the bedrooms had two beds. We also appreciated that there were three bathrooms. Check-in could not be easier as there is a touch key door lock. The home is spacious and spotless throughout. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of cooking essentials. Overall, the home has a great functional layout with a very The internet and TV work great. There was plenty of room in the living room without feeling crowded. We came up with our Rivian, so the electric car charger in the garage was a truly appreciated bonus! The views of the golf course from both the outside deck and the upstairs master bedroom balcony really make sitting outside very enjoyable. Tyler was great to work with, always quickly answering all of our questions There is a good possibility that this may turn out to be an annual golf tournament for us.
