Recently upgraded with new hardwood flooring, carpet and paint, this is truly a special place featuring comfortable, overstuffed leather furniture in the step-down living area including a native-rock fireplace and large flat-screen TV for kicking back watching sports or after-dinner movie. Light and bright throughout, kitchen has a pass-through to the bar and dining area for convenience as well as a place to sit and chat with the cook. Step onto the patio off living area for morning coffee, firing up the BBQ after golf or enjoying truly world-class views! Sleeping Arrangement: Bedroom 1 - 1 King Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen \*Rates based on double occupancy per room. Additional guests $25 per person per night. \*\* This property is maintained as a pet-free environment 1\. Quiet Hours are 10:00PM to 8:00AM Please be considerate of your neighbors. 2\.
