It was everything I had hoped it to be. Very quaint and comfortable. Staff was very kind accommodating. Perfect setting for a romantic couple! Location is unbeatable. Would stay here again for sure!

Cannot fault this hotel. The staff were fantastic and the amenities great. All things thought of for all ages, the spa, the pool, the games room and the ball pit. Truly something for everyone. Great place to stay if you’re visiting Brugge and have access to a car or the coastal tram for beaches and sights.

I made a reservation at this hotel mainly because it said room service was available 24/7 and I recently had surgery on my foot, so I knew I didn't want to be walking very much.
