"We came to the area to go kayaking, but rain deterred us a little bit and we had to adjust our schedule. The home was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. We didn't access the lake from the property, but did walk down to the dock area. The dock was loaded with bird droppings. There was a cute little screened in area but I didn't see that any electrical worked in there. We spent a lot of time on the porch area of the house in the wooden rocking chairs which our old bodies paid the price for!! Overall, I would stay again if I were in the area, since the most important things met my expectations! Booking, easy access to the property, and accommodations were all good! Maybe throw some cushions in for those rocking chairs or more comfortable outdoor seating is my only recommendation!"

"Spotless! Exactly as described in listing. Great communication with host. No issues with check-in or during weeklong stay. Lake is crystal clear. Enjoyed using the kayak and canoe. Comfortable beds and thick towels. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. Enjoyed walking in Bass Brook and mountain biking in Tioga Recreational area. Plenty of space to recharge inside with the 10 of us. Loved the lakeside deck. Great fishing off dock (perch, sunfish, and bass). Would rent again if in area with our whole family!"

"We had an amazing stay. The beach is so sandy and perfect for swimming and enjoying all of the included kayaks, paddle boards and floats. The diving raft was super fun. The owner is kind and laid back. Highly recommend this cabin."

"We do a family vacation every year, and this cabin fit all our needs. It was located on a quiet bay with bald eagles flying right past the cabin. The cabin was well-stocked with quality supplies and high-end kitchen items. They also provided two kayaks and a paddleboard for us to use.Having the nice floating dock to tie up our boat was super convenient, and the boat landing was only a few blocks away. The fishing was great—we caught a lot of bass. The lake itself is spring-fed with clear blue water. We had a wonderful week and highly recommend this cabin for your next family vacation."
