This charming log home is ideally situated between Blacksburg and Christiansburg, making it perfect for VT events, extended visits at the LewisGale Hospital Montgomery, swim meets at the Christiansburg Aquatic Center, or any Radford activities. The upstairs features a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, as well as a room with twin bunk beds. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are also located upstairs. Downstairs, you'll find an additional living space with a pull-out couch, two more bedrooms, and another bathroom. All linens are provided. This space was perfect for a group of people where most don't need to share beds. Also, the futon is downstairs whereas the main living room is upstairs, so if someone sleeps on the futon they aren't in the main hangout area, which is great. The place was easy to get into, was very cute, and was clean. The only tiny thing we'd have loved is a TV upstairs, since that's where we spent most our time. We were in town for my son’s graduation from VT and this house was perfect for our family. The kitchen was great and well stocked, the beds comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice! Loved the large outdoor deck with a huge wrap around couch. We enjoyed eating dinner outside on the deck! Two nice areas to congregate with ample seating, one upstairs and one downstairs. The proximity to VT was very convenient, about a 10 minute drive. Very quiet and private setting. The host Kati was amazing!! She answered my questions promptly and was so nice to deal with. She even left a graduation treat for us of graduation brownies with grad plates and napkins. Such a nice touch! We felt like she cared about our visit and would do anything to make it great! Whenever I had a question, she was quick to respond. One of the ceiling lights needed a new bulb, and she changed it within hours of my text to her.
