Staff memeber very friendly on arrival, room available earlier than mentioned Didn't like the noise coming from other discourteous guests, not the hotels fault though

Fabulous stay.
Lovely hosts; friendly, welcoming and kind. The whole B&B was very clean and we were more than satisfied with our room but, are grateful we opted for the ensuite room (our preference). We had a great breakfast that lasted us until our evening meal. We will most definitely be staying again, we had a wonderful time!

I only had a short stay,but I would definitely rebook.Very clean room with a comfortable bed,a very nice breakfast was served,and Graham was friendly and helpful. The hotel is very convenient for Blackpool north train station.

Lovely hotel
I would definitely recommend this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was spotless. The room was very small though and there was nowhere to sit other than the bed but I knew this from the photos before I booked

Perfect for the town centre
Graham the owner could not have been more helpful, he responded to texts straight away and provided a hairdryer and the wifi code as soon as I asked. Wifi is free here. Although the room was very small it was nicely decorated and clean, similarly the shower room. Lots of tea + coffee + biscuits provided. Only downside was my timing. Because I was working and had to be there by 9am was unable to take advantage of what I was told was an excellent breakfast as breakfast was 9am - 10am. However the up side was it's nearness to the town.

Hi Jacqueline, i am glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Unfortunately the room you booked was our last double room, as all the other rooms in the hotel had been booked for many months in advance as it was the Blackpool Gay Pride Festival, which is a 3 day event, and brings around 20,000 people into Blackpool for this event each year. So this room was our smallest double, but our only available room.

Brilliant place to stay!
Blackpool has dramatically changed in recent years, I think the town has something for everyone. The old trams, historical architecture, nice cafes, friendly people, interesting independent shops. You could not stay in a better place than this very hospitable private hotel, clean, good choice of breakfasts and local knowledge.

Bed and Breakfast close to the North Pier
Myself and my partner stayed in this Bed and Breakfast while on a weekend break in Blackpool. The staff at the Bed and Breakfast were lovely and very accommodating. I booked a Standard Room on Expedia, and on arrival was disappointed to find that we had a shared Bathroom with one other room, something which is not clearly stating on the Expedia website when booking the room. Unfortunately the Bed and Breakfast was fully booked so we could not be moved, but the Staff were very apologetic and stated that if they could they would have moved us without a problem. The Bed and Breakfast is very reasonably priced, but you get what you pay for. The location is very close to party area of Blackpool so there was a lot of noise outside the Bed and Breakfast until the early hours of the Morning, and I got the feeling that the Bed and Breakfast catered more for people going to Blackpool for nights out, rather then a weekend away. All in all this is a standard Bed and Breakfast, it is clean, has a good Breakfast selection and very nice and friendly staff.
