The owner and all staff are very friendly and helpful. I would never stay anywhere else in Blackpool. I'm a senior woman travelling on my own and feel very safe staying at the President Hotel, love my stay every single time. I only have the breakfast and it is excellent.

Room smelled on onions, shower hose was literally covered in black mould, carpet looked like it has never been cleaned apart from hoovering. Dining area and other mains areas are great, no issues

No one on reception when I arrived waited 20 minutes still no one arrived. Eventually got to my room no towels. Bathroom needs updating the shower cubicle is tiny and down the side of the toilet needs seeing to. The lift was quite dirty and old needs updating.

Check in was basic, no information given regarding breakfast times or car parking, do be aware you need to have a hotel parking pass - Our friends were given a £100 fine as not told!! They did have it removed but they were reluctant. The room was ready on arrival which was great until we entered the room, the room was dirty, not hoovered, dead flies all over window sill, bathroom was extremely small, used tea bag on floor behind sink! One bed missing for 1 child, when reported to Nathan on reception, no apology given just said he will get another bed and hoover it, asked for room move, they said no as hotel full. No customer service at all, very disappointing stay!!
