Friendly small hotel
It was very friendly but rather.basic but clean. They apologised and said they were.moving very shortly.

It was wrong on so many level. (e.g. I couldn't lock the door of my compartment as the "lock" was broken).

noboby has stayed with us as we have both been ill the doors have not been open the last person stayed with us on the 2nd march does someone have a grudge against us all of are room doors lock securely

dated hotel
first impressions not good, very dated hotel, room facilities not as described (no flat screen tv, no toiletries etc) lights without shades, no locking doors on shower room or toilet (just very flimsy folding doors) and lack of working sockets.

Nice hotel close to pleasure beach and prom
Lovely hotel nice cozy rooms which where also spaceous n kind friendly owner. Delicious full English breakfast and a child friendly atmosphere. couldn't of asked for better stay in Blackpool. Will definitely visit again

Hotel with easy access to trams and buses.
Double room did not have double bed, felt like 3/4 bed. Bedding was clean but bed not very comfortable.

Good value very very clean hotel
Hotel a little dated but clean, televisions were the old kind and fastened too high up on a bracket. Bed comfortable but could have done with a valance over the base. The hotel owners could not do enough for you, pleasant and friendly, breakfast fine. We left a quite expensive set of headphones and a tablet in the room, when we rang later that evening having noticed we had left them there, they explained the cleaner had found them. We picked them up a couple of days of later. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good budget hotel.

great b&b with very friendly host n hostess
lovely place to stay, very friendly helpful host n hostess Susan and Kevin they run a home from home for anyone wanting a clean tidy room with en suite facilities and tea n coffee in the room. These people do their very best to make your stay short or long a happy experience they cant do enough for their guests and the breakfast is plentiful even for late risers. the bar is quite well stocked and if they don't have your tipple they will try to obtain it just let them know.Its a short 2 minute walk to the trams or bus stop and its only 5 mins walk from main attraction/amusement rides in Blackpool and close to railWay station too all in all an ideal place to stay for everything in Blackpool if you are travelling as a family buy a 24 hr tram pass its £10 for 2 adults and 3 children you can use the trams and buses all day as many journeys as you like in 24 hrs well worth the price

Overnight stay
Had a lovely stay at the Crosby hotel was met with Kevin & Susan who are to of the nicest people and was made welcome as soon as we arived felt like we where friends for ages room was lovely and clean bed comfy breakfast was amazing overall great hotel bar amazing would book again thanks Susan Kevin and not forgetting James loved it

Can't be beaten
Fantastic family hotel run by a fantastic family. Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend away at the Crosby. We'll definitely be going again and highly recommend to others. Tia our pup was spoilt rotten and so welcome in the hotel.

Lovely family friendly and warm meeting
They are a family who have just taken the cosby on last august. You wouldant realise this as they know what there doing. We got a lovely welcome and the breakfast in morning is a full english we will be going back. Its not on the front were beach is which to me is better its lovely n quiet n very easy to get to n free parking n very cheap x
