Hi, Jo. Was just wondering when you would do the dirty on us, after all it was YOU only who made the booking mistakes. You booked to arrive hours after our allocated check-in time, then said you would change your travel plans to "suit us" (I have the messages on text). Sorry but it would help to read booking confirmations and not assume we are here to let you in whenever you feel like. You call out my writing tone to you - I speak 5 languages, sunshine, and I don't really care if you can't read booking confirmations, as that's not our problem. Check in goes from 2pm (early check in possible most days) to 7pm - NOT 9PM or whenever you feel like arriving. Then we offered to check you in late if you gave us 30 minutes notice - after all we have a life too, you know? Do you spend 24/7 at work? And NO REPLY from you until travel day. So who again caused the issues here all way through? We are glad we didn't come across you the 2 nights you stayed here, but you were happy to get your room fully serviced after day 1 of your stay. Had you read the guestbook, you would have seen we don't enter rooms after 1 day - we only ask guests what they need, which is normally no more than a bottle of water. Certainly no thanks from us for booking our place, and quite clear why you are not welcome at ours again. Your spiteful score says it all. The New Bond Hotel Family.

We've only just seen this, shocked is an understatement. Our rooms are always spotless, I had done them up myself. We had an issue at breakfast, one half of the couple who runs it was ill, which caused a slight delay, and we know the breakfast (beans and tomatoes) could have been hotter. But then all you needed to do was tell us there and then, not hold it back for the review. It just tells us how spiteful certain people are, and the reason why we have "guest blocklists" - where of course your name resides now. We're just glad guests like yourself are few and far between, as they not only intentionally damage our reputation, but hold back on small issues which could be sorted there and then, rather than mentioned in a review.
